Similar to the Global Settings, Skins define what styles should be used by your game UI. Normally they are used to compare different looks or to override the Global Settings for some of your scenes.

Skins can be created by by adding a StyleSkin component to any Object in your scene.

In that object you can setup which files define the styles, palettes and other definitions, as well as defining the styles and rules for Global Styles.
