My Russian Language won't show up

I was Editing my project doing some final localization and when I changed my language to Russian it disappeared. Every single other language I have works (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese). I test it comparing normal text and TextMesh and found out it only happens in TextMesh.

What in the world Happened?

Update: After a nights rest I narrowed it down to my TextMeshPro settings which randomly decided to ?update? with no change to my language libraries and remove all Russian characters. I found a new text and made a Russian library.

In the end, my bad.
